Canskate

  • Maximum 10 skaters/coach
  • Skaters will work on developing agility, balance, and control.
  • Levels 1-3 would be ideal for skaters who are able to be on the ice unassisted and are able to move forward.
  • Levels 4-6 are for skaters who are looking to improve their power, speed, and control. This is where CanPower skate registrations should fall under.
  • The new program uses Skate Canada coaches to teach the fundamentals of skating for any sport; hockey, ringette, speed skating and figure skating.  The result is a dynamic new program that prepares any skater for every ice sport. CanSkate is also modeled for the recreational skater to learn an active lifestyle activity.
